Jonathan's practice lies in consulting and execution of judicial processes, specifically in civil, arbitration,
commercial, labor, and administrative matters.
As Director in Costa Rica of the labor and litigation area in, he is in charge of handling judicial processes and preventive advice in these areas, always with the objective of warning and reducing the potential risks to which clients are exposed within their operations, both privately and for Public Administration.
His experience has focused on prevention and advice at the level of labor and civil compliance, recovery
of company assets, and the passive and active management of judicial, arbitration, and administrative processes.
